It provides Reference Solution, Volunteering Registries, and Volunteer Service to enable Request, Assignment, Nominations and Management of Needs & Deliverables.

System Admin - sets up and configures initial parameters
Volunteer - participates to volunteer by nominating and fulfilling the need
vAdmin - owns, decides and manages a set of Volunteers and vCoordinators
vCoordinator - manages the Volunteer’s life cycle
The need is identified, raised, and managed. Then, a need plan and session details are created.
Super Admin - who sets up and configures the initial parameters of the System
nAdmin - who owns, decides and manages a set of Needs and nCoordinators.
nCoordinator - who publishes the Need, enables the Discovery and Delivery by the Volunteer.
Need/Demands raised can be discovered by volunteers and can nominate themselves for the need.
nCoordinator - An actor who publishes the Need, enables the Discovery and Delivery by the Volunteer.
Volunteer - An actor who participates to volunteer by nominating and fulfilling the demand.
Need Deliverables are Defined, Delivered and Tracked
